Aarambh 2025

Aarambh 2025-2026, the induction program for the MBA Batch 202527, was successfully conducted from 10th September to 15th September 2025 at the IPS Auditorium by the ASM Group of Institutes. The program was designed to warmly welcome new MBA students and help them smoothly transition into their academic and professional journey through a blend of academic orientation, industry interaction, skill development, and engaging activities.

The induction program featured insightful sessions by distinguished corporate leaders, academicians, and industry experts including Dr. Ranjit Bhelke, Mr. Firoz Siddiqui, Sri Anantshesh Das, Dr. Daniel Penkar, Dr. Vikas Barbate, Dr. Hansraj Thorat, and Mr. Shaurya Pratap Singh. The sessions focused on career planning, financial literacy, corporate readiness, AI tools in learning, marketing insights, interpersonal skills, and leadership development, providing students with valuable industry-oriented exposure.

Aarambh 2025 also emphasized experiential learning and student engagement through cultural performances, club activities, research innovation challenges, and interactive workshops. Students participated enthusiastically in sessions designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities while also exploring modern tools and technologies relevant to management education.

The program successfully created a positive and motivating environment for the incoming MBA batch, helping students build confidence, connect with peers and faculty, and gain clarity about their academic and career goals. Aarambh 20252026 reflected ASM IPS’s commitment to holistic learning, professional development, and preparing students to become future-ready management professionals.
